About David
David has been equipping, leading, coaching and encouraging leaders for over 20 years. He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. He has coached and consulted with marketplace, not-for-profit and faith-based leaders helping them gain clarity, traction and health.
His conviction is that healthy leaders lead healthy teams and healthy organizations so the emphasis is leaders
knowing themselves and leading themselves
so they can lead others and organizations well. He started Leadership Catapult to serve leaders to live better and lead better.
He has a BA & BS in Business Management from Oregon State University, a Masters of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and is completing a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership and Coaching from Western Seminary.
